Happy New year ... what are you plans ?

Post by hot66 »

Happy New Year everyone :)

So 2019.... what are your Porsche plans / aims for the year ?

Me, I’m going to finally get round to tweaking the MFI mixtures on the 2.4 and this year make sure I don’t get caught by the rozzers again ;)

Plans to get some more European miles under the 964 and rebuild the pedal assembly

First ever Alps trip. Prob in my big fat gt cruiser that is the SC....

And non Porsche-wise, to get the bus running properly. Suspension and steering sorted now, so I can drive it safely. Just needs an engine tune. And possibly electronic ignition...

Finish the 911 repainted, 3 weeks max.
Finish planning the trip to the Mille Miglia in the Boxster.
Finish the errands on the 987.2 for Italy.
Finish the prep on the Lola for a 10 event hill climbing season.

Go to a lot of places UK and Europe, maybe SPA in Sept for the 6th time.
Defo Scotland again in October.

Do a lot more PCGB events and the DDK autojumble in March.

Use the shiny 911 more.

All after my torn knee has finally healed enough!
Happy New Year, healthy above all to you all.

Happy new year all.

Plans for this year are to treat the 912 to a few upgrades and then use it more!

Also got a few upgrades planned for the T25 to make those family camping trips even better.

Happy New Year to all. Just been out for a blast and a coffee. Lovely to have such mild weather at this time.

Hopefully get the build of the E well underway this year.

Happy New Year to you all

Porsche wise definitely aiming to use the cars more - started with a good drive in the 912 earlier which I really enjoyed. Next thing is to get the 914 MOT'd and decide what I'm going to do with that. Also looking forward to the autojumble in March.

Non Porsche wise to finish the Alfa which is definitely possible subject to all other stuff!

Happy New Year everyone.

Just got back from a 5 hour drive today so that was a good start. Bicester Sunday Scramble next weekend. Wales tour in the Spring and a week in the Alps in September. Hopefully meet up with a few of you guys at the autojumble.

Always looking for a excuse to go for a drive / meet up / eat !!

Happy new year!

Targets for 2019 are;

Finish my 914 (third year I have said it will be finished...)

Use my 964 far more often (but not let that distract me from the 914)
Porsche 964 1993
Porsche 944 1986 - sold
Porsche 914 1972
