Thoughts on value?

It’s time to move on to my next car adventure so I'm going to put my 914 up for sale.
Question is what kind of money should I be asking for my non-standard car?
A brief spec:
2056cc fast Street / race engine, with 2 x twin webbers, manifolds ported to the heads, sports heads with valve work, racing pistons, hot cam etc. Its quick and sounds great!
GT Racing euro headers 4-into-1 exhaust with stainless silencer.
New bilstein sports all round, coil over kit on the rear, Tarret engineering ARB on the front. Elephant Racing bronze bushes all round.
Rebuilt calipers, new discs and Portfield competition pads all round.
Rennshift shifter, buckets seats, mono steering wheel and Scroth 4 point harnesses
No rust! Structurally very good.
Bad points - it has some cosmetic challenges - paint needs attention and there are a few dings.
There are lots of bits to take it back to original if desired - original interior (needs reupholstering) a set of chrome bumpers (currently has fibreglass to save weight) wheels with chrome hubs etc.
Passed it's MOT with no problems in May and could be MOT exempt if you chose to register it appropriately.
There's probably things I've missed but that should give a general flavour of the car.
So thoughts on how much to sell it for? My new car is waiting for me so I'd like to sell it fairly quickly.
