Camshaft chain tensioner thread

Hi Bit of a long shot but does anyone have a copy of the thread on tensioner rebuild by James Seymore (Fourteener) posted around sept/oct 2007?
I suspect I have a collapsed tensioner and as James was the PO of my car am interested to know what was/wasn't replaced at the time
I have tried to contact James a few times without success so any info on the above much appreciated.
