Most enjoyable day. Great to see many familiar faces and catch up. Fantastic selection of 912's on display.

As others have said - it looks to have been a great turnout with some lovely cars.

Well done to Neil/Danny & anyone else involved in organising it.

Thanks to all involved re Stanford Hall yesterday.
I had a great day and it was a pleasure to meet and see so many 912 owners and their cars in one place.

Especially nice to talk with Max again who must feel like a very proud parent .

In the end I decided against pushing the other two 912Es into the lake so mine was the only one on display .
I had to leave a little earlier than I otherwise would have liked to due to Battery one failing on the way down after a coffee stop, luckily emergency battery 2 did start the car and got me all the way home back up to Harrogate - (no stops for coffee this time ) .
FYI the battery was very warm and bubbling like mad after I had I pulled into my drive and parked up, so its overcharging and a Voltage regulator check is the next order of business.

I wanted to make contact with the owner of the 1972 Porsche 911T 2.4 Targa oilkappe as I have the 72 coupe and hoped we may be able to solve a few riddles on its behaviour in the Bosch MFI department which I know is a bitch to sort . If you could contact me I would appreciate it.

I never say if this year, Montalivet 2017 rendez-vous will take place...
I have a lot of regret to don't go in UK for Stanford hall !
