Any advice on removing this little ****?

refreshing my pedal cluster with new bushes, springs etc, and its this roll pin that runs through the end of the clutch pedal which doesnt want to budge, i've tried hammering, pushing, pulling, called it all the names under the sun etc..
do i drill it out?
any advice much appreciated gents

Heat it up then beat 10 shades of sh*t of of it! Use a punch the correct diameter.
Then break 15 drill bits trying to get it out.
3 hours+ at least. The feeling of satisfaction when the little bu**er let go was enormous
No easy answer I'm afraid.

I got as far as you, gave up and took it to a local metal fabricator. A man with very large muscles used a punch and very meaty hammer, and had it out in approximately 1.9 seconds.
I think I had loosened it for him.
The key is a strong metal workbench, heavy-duty vice, lump hammer and super confident whacks.

cheers fellas...... oh well i've got some time tomorrow so think i'll opt for writing off a few decent metal drill bits and spend a few hours beating

the c**p out of it, will let you know
if that fails then i'm off to get me a big muscled metal fabricator
