Looks lovely - nice to see another "klapper". Was this the one that Porsche East London were doing up? I remember seeing the red one they were working on when Southbound were in there to do the interior and they told me they were order these wheels :)

I had an old girl with the klapper once. Passed that on to another DDKer, and it hasn't come back since

Childish jokes aside, T/Es are great cars. Share more info please!

I wish it was the one at Porsche East London and they were doing her up and Southbound was in there refurbishing the interior!
No she's a very nice 3 x matching numbers MFI Klapper that's come in from the States... "S" Comfort pack lots of history and a believed 72,000 miles.
Originally "Tangerine" but some bright spark in the States has painted "Dog Knob". Paintwork is good, a two yarder? Birth cert states steel wheels 185/70 tyres but it has a really good set of, I believe, 4 x 16 x 6 SC fronts. Original Becker pinstripe Voll Wonderbar and an excellent Gas Burner as a spare.
Looking forward to a nice drive, treating her gently as the old girl deserves.

Sounds a great car, and good driver.

There's a few of us in Herts, if you ever fancy a blast.
