Project 1970 Porsche 914/4 - Canary Yellow

I'm posting this ad on behalf of Sam Pritcher who works at Redtek. Hope that's ok.
Sam started out with his career at Redtek a couple of years ago and is a really nice enthusiastic talented young technician with a lot of promise.
This 914 was to be Sam's dream entry into early Porsche ownership and the plan was to restore the car himself and eventually turn it a 914/6 in a few years when he had the funds to do so; a number of people had freely offered to help Sam in his quest however once he started on the metalwork and found new panels welded on top of old rust the realisation dawned that this project was sadly beyond his financial means.

He takes crap photos but don't hold that against him, he's young and has a lot to learn so be nice!

Cheers for helping me out with this again, I have written a short description of the car and attached a few pictures.
1970 Porsche 914/4 Canary Yellow 1.7 LHD
Engine has a full 911 fan conversion, twin Dellorto 40 carburettors, has one odd low compression piston but a full set of new barrels and pistons costs about £200, it is currently stripped, cleaned and ready to be built back up.
I have the certificate of authenticity from Porsche
It is a german import
It has not been fully registered yet so there is no v5 but i have gone through the entire process of registering including all NOVA/HMRC forms and now it just needs an MOT once built to complete the process and send off the forms i have had back from the DVLA.
It is complete apart from a steering wheel and a few small bits and the windscreen also has a crack in it.
It has Martin+Walker balsa reinforced fibreglass bonnet and boot lid as well as fibreglass sill covers, front bumper, front lower valance and rear bumper, i do still have the original steel parts apart from the bonnet
The biggest job of getting it back on the road is sorting the rust out, all panels that are needed are available from restoration design.
These jobs are removing the rusty panels from the rear inner arches that the previous owner had welded on top of, fitting/repairing the OS rear suspension pick up point and fitting new floor pans.
I also have the Haynes manual, Porsche technical specification book, 911 front discs and wheel bearings etc to convert to 911 wheel pcd for the the front and i have all of the dimension print outs.
I am asking for £4,950 but open to offers
