Just up dating the hvac temp fan repair … last year I cleaned up the original, but this weekend it finally failed for good as I found myself having to wind the temp knob up to stay warm on late night run up the A1. Proper repair this time, so the original Porsche connector was soldered onto the new Jaguar unit and all fitted back up and running nicely

Re: 1993 Porsche 964 C2
I’m sure I should have updated this ages ago as I’ve now forgotten most of the jobs we’ve done to the 964.
Biggest jobs were new complete clutch assembly and new discs and pads
Since the last update it’s been into Europe incl run to Spa and done a trackday with friends at Croft
So .. entering 2023, the winter lay up resulted in the car developing an oil leak from the end of the near side cam behind the timing gear. PITA job and not one I could be arsed to do as the cams need retiming afterwards.
Anyway, my specialist got it sorted for me and tonight was first good run out for a while
