Thanks all for your help.
I have been in touch with the seller and he has promised to make good this coming week.
If he does happy days.
I'll post an update.
Thanks
Phil.

Actions speak louder than words ... hope it works out for you , and his "make good" is what you want / expect as an outcome.
Good luck ... you'll need it !

ok, you were right :-(
He's now refused to send the parts until I remove the feedback, blah blah blah. Fact is it's been so long that I doubt ebay would even allow the removal.
Told him to shove them where the sun don't shine as it's it's just one thing after the next and has been for months.
His name is Ciaran Woods, from Ireland, he trades as woods911.com.
Ciaran8306 is his ebay userid, he's listing a porsche 911t now.
He advertises his tat a lot on youtube.

Please avoid him guys.

Phil.

I do not recall seeing anyone on ebay with such a low rating - only 71.4% positive. Given he has 244 ratings, that looks like 70 poor ratings. Even if you did remove the feedback it will do nothing material to improve his score and by the sounds of it the poor rating is well justified. He could be holding out hoping that the 'problem' will go away; I hope you feel able to persist and don't give up.

Phil, absolutely do NOT give up.

To give up is almost as big a crime as Woods has committed.

You will win. Just get the wheels in motion and his time will run out.

I think it's fair to say that we are all behind you here. Don't let this individual get away with it.

Fight on.

Hi all,
Here's an update:
Today I have received some of the parts promised and also been in lengthy discussions with the seller regarding the other parts.
I really believe the seller intends to make good this transaction after all.
So to be fair, I intend to leave this post run for people to see that for a few days and then ask for it be removed.
Thanks all for your helpful comments and hopefully soon I will be posting some pics of my finished engine :-).
Thanks Ciaran for your help resolving this.
Phil.

I bought a rolling chassis off Ciaran a year or so ago and it was exactly as discribed, very nice.
I have also bought a 3.0 engine and gearbox from him which were also excellent.

Sounds like maybe he took his eye off the ball a couple of times recently on ebay, glad to see he sorted things out with you.
