The Dakar

Anyone on here following it?

No Volkswagen this year which should open things up a bit.

As for the bikes, are you a Ceril or Coma fan?

Where are you finding coverage?
I love the smell of burnt rubber and hydrocarbons in the morning, it smells of......victory.

On TV the only coverage I believe is on Eurosport - live coverage at 6.30pm, then a review at 10pm.

Else it is the Dakar website (IMO very difficult to navigate or find out useful info) or the Eurosprt/yahoo website.

I'm watching it . . . much respect for all the participants especially the bikers. RIP Jorge Martinez Boero who dead on the opening day.

Weirdly attracted to the Hummer:
