The Surgeon in the Harley shop

The scene is in the service department of the local Harley Davidson dealership where Joe has just finished the rebuild of a big Harley engine. In through the door walks Doctor Jones, a well known and well liked Harley riding heart surgeon. Joe sees the Doc and greets him "Hey Doc, you got a moment, something I gotta ask you." The Doctor walks over to where Joe is working. "Now look Doc, see this motor, I stripped her all down, put in new valves, new pistons, put her all back together again and I only get paid peanuts where as you get paid thousands.
The Doctor looked thoughtful then leaned over to Joe and said "Try doing it with the engine running."
