The England team went to visit an orphanage in Cape Town last night.

“It’s good to put a smile on the faces of people with no hope, constantly struggling and facing the impossible,” said Jamal Umboto, aged 6.

Fabio Capello has set up a friendly match - England v Iceland to try and cheer the fans up.

If England win they go on to play Tesco then Sainsbury's.
