In 'Period Living' there used to be a bit called 'What Were They Thinking', where you got to laugh (or cry) at a concrete block, flat-roofed extension bolted to a 16th century cottage, or plastic windows on a Georgian townhouse.

If Period Living did 356's, they could get a whole year's worth of "What Were They Thinking' out of this ....

Still, you pays your money, you takes your choice I suppose :roll: (just as long as you don't think that you can buy some taste of course).
