Need infos regarding documents or which part of V5 I need to keep for the DVLA?
Anybody had experience with selling a car abroad?

Interesting question - especially with Euro still being relatively strong I guess there will be more cars going over to the mainland! I'm not sure what the answer is to your question, but I'd give DVLA a call - last couple of times I have used their helpline they have been very good.

Hi Patrice

you need to keep and send to the DVLA part 11, Notification of Permanent Export.


the rest go with the purchaser so that they can re-register it in their country
