Hi, I've done everything I should have to add an avatar and it's not working.

Can someone please advise. This is what I'm trying to add:

It worked for me - I was able to use your avatar.

Copy the URL but end with the .jpg - ie ignore the ?v=0

Hi Andy,

Thanks for that it works now, but the quality of the pic is not good, it was brilliant before I shrunk it to put it on here. I think I need to change the resolution but I don't have any software to do that.
