The engine is a 1989 3.2 with 120k on the clock. It was rebuilt last year due to the usual valve guide wear these engines suffer from. The engine still ran fine and had strong power before the strip down but was suffering from excessive smoking.
The engine was stripped to the crank all bearings were replaced, the stock rod bolts were replaced with ARP fastners. cylinders and pistons were measured and all found to be well within limits and new rings were fitted. The heads were fully serviced including all new guides 3 valves were replaced and all valve seats re-cut and all valve springs were replaced. The engine also has a recent new alternator and 993 heat exchanges with brand new custom M&K tripple outlet Exhaust.
The engine has covered approx 1000 miles since the rebuild and runs as you would expect a newly rebuilt engine to run. Im selling as an entire package for transplant into an early car so almost everything you will need will be included ECU, fuel pump, wiring etc. Excluding flywheel and clutch.
