Cities/Towns

Must visit

Brugge -> Brugge and Gent should be on anyone's list if you haven't been
Utrecht -> Is a smaller version of Brugge/Amsterdam. Well worth going
Strasbourg -> I can't wait to go back again
Cresky Krumlov -> stunning old town. The only downside if you have to park on the outside and walk in but our accomodation was 4 mins from the cark park 1
Wroclaw -> Wonderful international Poland city with an old beautiful square.

Well worth a visit but probably not going again.

Bruno -> Nice city but not quite as stunning as Wroclaw or Brugge
Lodz -> Manchester of Poland
Berlin -> I'm still not sure about this city. I think 5 days was too long but lots to see and do.

Special Mention

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian was filmed here. Stunning rock. A highly 4k walk is available. Took me about 45-60 mins. Unfortunately, it's been completely commericalised. There is a handrail the entire way around. Still worth a visit, but wish I've been before they 'put up a parking lot' and I'm sure the locals would know there somewhere less developed.

The 356 is back together and running. Constant 6.6/6.8v charge. I took for a test drive to get a coffee and it didn't restart as well as I wanted. The cca had gone from 675 to 335. So I put the battery from trip back in. The tester I bought said it was in better condition. It had a cca of 775 out of 815. I put the lights and radio on than restarted 5 times in quick succession. Cca down to 555. I think a new battery will be needed for a longer trip but now I have a way to measure.

It was a great pleasure to drive it again. I had a nice chat with a couple about their 928. Which they bought back after missing it for 26 years. Actually, their son found it and bought it.ImageImage
