Darren , tsss, tsss... Stop finding excuses.... :P
Next time, you're gonna try telling us that she needed to be run a bit on the way in to clean the chambers!!!

Again, I posted the pics here:

There's quite a lot of them, so I don't post directly on the forum.

Cheers,

Christophe

So who was at the table

I was sat next my Jo's Mom over from Oz and on the other side of me was Andy..

Alam was in front of me who I think missed me out most of the day..
I spoke to some one in a black top? was that you?
Then there was a bod in a green polo shirt and some one in a blue top with blonde hair... The rest was kinda a blurr

I would be so useless on crime watch....... What JCB with a Safe in the bucket and a bunch of guys with black and white tops with bags of swag Officer :?

Trouble with forums we all know each other on the site then when we meet up we can't make up who's who...

I was sitting the other side of Jo's Mum I guess. I figured you were a mate of Andy's. Prior to yesterday I'd only met Alam, Darren & Andy so I didn't know who was who either. I missed saying hello to Bazaar too.

Mark,

Black top was Barry

Green polo was Darren

Blue top, blonde hair, was me!

Like your photo of the Lagonda btw - wonder if Barry has got to the bottom of whether it was a 'special' 'special', yet. Seem to remember you spotting some Jag parts, Barry :bom:

Faces to names

 Ohh, so that was you: doh, that being the case, I thought I was talking to someone else, oh I'm soooo confused  .

Name-tags anyone?

I didn't manage to get any further with the special, although I spoke to someone later in the day (where my 911 is stored) who reckoned that Lagonda did indeed do a/some V12's: whether he meant Vintage or not though, I don't know :? . Feel a web-search coming on ....

Well spotted, Detective Darren: I'm still lost as to the front suspension though: really did look like XK120/40/50, just shows my ignorance  .

Nice car, bet it sounds great, and good value compared to a Bentley :)
