Holiday moved so i can now attend. Hotel booked.

Update 06 March - happy to say we have 10 rooms already booked for the Saturday night so just a gentle reminder to please book your hotel rooms as soon as possible as the block booking ends at the end of April

Morning all …. As we come to end of April, I just called the hotel to check on room bookings

We have

Friday night - 1 room booked (me!)

Saturday night - 13 rooms booked - 4 doubles and 9 singles


Our hotel group booking reservation of 35 rooms for Saturday night expires at the end of April so if you are planning to attend, please book you room as soon as possible (otherwise rooms will be released and other non- DDK people will be able to book them)

FYI - behind the scenes there’s a lot of work going on and we are making good progress on the attendance registration system, merchandise and the planned Saturday morning event so fingers crossed expect a big announcement soon

Booking and merchandise order form coming soon just so we can keep track on it all easier. At the moment only those booked in already at the hotel for the meal. Steve may have numbers for that.

We have now finally been able to complete all arrangements.

We are now going to be back at Caffeine and Machine The Hill on the Saturday AM and lunch. We were trying to do something different but timings etc with Tuthill’s meant we didn’t want to push too much in!

Need to confirm exact time of arrival but will do soon

I think the plan is to get to C&M about 10’ish, leave enough time for chatting, coffee and a bite to eat and the head there - early afternoon
