You can get entry with your order number, this is from their Facebook page :-
"All tickets have been emailed out now as part of our Covid-related precautions. They have been emailed manually to try and avoid SPAM filters, but they may have still been caught - so please CHECK your Junk or Spam folders to see an email entitled ‘Renn20’.
If you have issues still, email us or just bring your Order number with you on the day. We have a list of every order and will be able to check you in that way."
