Re: 911T - Light restoration
Thanks everyone. Really enjoyed the process albeit small level of work in comparison to some of the threads on here.
Mike the other seat is still in the study, really annoying my wife. Very clean and ready to slot back in. Even the head rest bars are sparkling!
Cheers
Tom

Re: 911T - Light restoration
How do they do Motec controlled MFI ? Is there a electronic actuator adaptation into the MFI pump ? Actuator inplace of the space cam ?
Or is it just mapped ignition ? Genuinely interested.

Here the latest one, undecided on this. Love the badge but not sure if its too much on the car. Any strong views?

IMHO:
Too much, but of course it is relevant to the 911, and a colour of it's time.
But where else do you put it now you have it!?

Re: 911T - Light restoration
I think I agree, I did not fasten the 50 year badge on, its just sat in place for the picture.
It will make a nice plaque in my garage.

Re: 911T - Light restoration
The DDK grill badge looks far more superior and better design regarding fitting. Think I'll use new Porsche one as a coaster. Is everything Porsche design "made in China" now?
