I vote we decide on a date when Mike & Sue are free as they always make the effort to come across to Yorkshire
As I mentioned earlier, I will probabally not be in the Porsche so November suits me fine
Can't do the 21st Oct & if the weather is good on the 22nd I'm planing on doing a run to Whitby with the PCGB

I wanted to do that - but it looks like I won't be back from Asia until the 29th.
So I'm confused - what date are we going for?

I'm not sure if my other rear seat belt will be refitted by then, but the real reason is salt on the roads etc

Looks like it'll be 12 Nov, then

.
Salt or no salt. Not bothered about short days - my lights work

.
Early start, early finish?
I can't make it a weekend - Dad sitting!

12th November would work for me (I'll buy a birthday cuppa at lunchtime) - it'll be a 2.4T if it passes it's MOT, or 993 if it doesn't... will that be okay with everyone?

Fine by me - it'll be a change to savour the oil fumes as opposed to the unburned fuel fumes from James' car

Nov 12th it is then! Guess you can plant it in stone Ian and we will look forward to your birthday and input. Your "adopted' mum has offered to do a casserole for lunch or the pub if preferred. Will start a new thread nearer the time to plan, assess numbers and preferences etc.

Cool - 12th is now in my diary

Hopefully Marie will join in and if Sue's doing some grub, would you like us to bring a desert or something? Not fair for Sue to do everything - or alternatively just go to the pub?
