At last I have passed IVA....the standard bus exhaust mounted upside down with a custom tailpipe did the trick and i sailed through the noise test in 30 seconds...
Working hard now to change a few things to the way I want them whilst I am waiting for my age related plate to be issued.
Things i am changing post IVA are
- Steering wheel - Aircooled accessories vader steering wheel.
- Lowering the car back down by 2 inches
- Exhaust, going back to Vintage Speed one
- Fitting refurbished 944 calipers as the ones I refurbished 6 years ago now look tatty and one was sticking occationaly
- Fitting LED headlights, moving the sidelights to the indicator bulb hole in the headlight shroud and adding some custom jailbar grilles to the lights.
- Hydronic heater installation to link to existing heater matrix and fan.

I have also created a process flow of what documents you need to fill in and when for IVA as this is not straight forward and is not written down in one place anywhere on the DVLA website so i will post up a copy on the IVA thread so that others can see the end to end process...

Hopefully next post will be me driving a finished car....ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Really good news, I know how challenging the IVA test can be and how much hard work building your fantastic car has been, Can't wait to see the Coupe in the flesh. :) :) :) :) :)
