That was a great run
The smoke has gone... it seems I was rather to enthusiastic with topping the car up with oil that morning as she was smoking a little. Also it doesn't like sitting around.. oil does seem to collect in the exchangers and take a good few runs to clear.
All is well with my car.. Thanks for the concern. Whether my badd assed 911 is running on 5 cylinders, smoking like Dott Cotton its still super quick and beautiful to drive.
Its bad tempered, ill mannered, throws off barrel nuts, two 911's had to die in its demonic construction, Porsche concors judges flee in terror for fear of being eaten by it, it proudly boasts incorrect part numbers, it accelerates like a speeding bullet, runs intermittently on 5 cylinders and still beats 993 C4S's, belches smoke at low revs, noisy, smelly of oil and burning rubber, scares parents, wows children, pisses off boy racers, only lets you drive it if you wear a black shirt with a deaths head skull on it and its the meanest 911 in South London.
I love it.
Here some commentry to these pics..
Here I am instructing the chaps on the monster that is the BEAST. I am telling the chaps to keep behind the line.. exactly 3 paces back. Look how respectful everyone is being of the beast, its perfect line. Its for their own personal safty of course. As always one doesn't listen. Nick has transgressed the boundries...
With a quick snort from the BEAST Nick is then promptly devoured whole by my 911's induction system. My self and Darren have seen this before, it ain't a pretty sight.. and do our best to locate Nick. The others pretend that nothing happened.. hoping that the police won't ask too many questions. Paul is seen in the background making a run for it...
HOORAY!!!.... We do finally locate poor old Nick, much to the jubilation of the DDK crew, but something is a miss... he has seemed to have lost his left leg. Poor chap is leaning up next to his Red Turbo happy to be alive. He's a real survivor.
I have a final look for the missing limb... but to no avail. You win some.. you lose some. Sorry Nick.. don't worry it'll grow back soon.
The MARK OF THE BEAST IS 9 1 1
