They're being mailed out this week – they had to wait for the final go-ahead (Covid-19, and all that) which they've just announced.

From the organisers on Facebook this morning:

One week to go!
Just a quick update. We’ve been requested to email tickets out to help with Covid restrictions, so that’s what we are doing. All emails are being sent manually to avoid bounce backs and going in to spam or trash folders. That’s taking some time.
It does mean we will extend the opportunity to buy tickets via the website until Wednesday, but the pre-booked tickets are limited and there’s not many left. There will be some tickets available on the door too, but the price is higher.

Just been in touch with Paul Geudon, the man behind the event, and he tells me the e-mails will be going out today. Understandably, it's been a difficult time getting the go-ahead from Stowe, but as he says 'Been a bit of back and forth with Stowe, but I think we are good now!'.
