Captures the cars , the light, the weather and the gorgeous scenery so well.

The car is so smooth and accurate when the roads are perfect i.e. motorway, on the vast majority of the roads I was going to be travelling on I opted to have the anti roll bars on full soft. This made a huge difference and really helped the car feel settled at speed. Still it was on these long fast roads that the difference between the modern era and the 993 becomes apparent. Modern cars are on another level, certainly with me driving.

On the single track stuff, no difference. These were the most fun, at times you felt it was a one way system. The road to Lairg from Tongue is 37 miles of single track, think we met 5 cars coming the other way. The turn in and feel of the car is so precise, slipped a few times given the occasional rain shower but nothing scary. Some of the best driving roads I had ever been on. Great few days. Even managed two swims in the North Atlantic in shorts with people taking pictures thinking we were mad. All part of the fun.
