The pass is not the problem it is getting infield as all tickets show I believe your reg number or so I have been told

Just receive my tickets and infield pass B18 and reg number is clearly marked on it.

JB - give me a call when you are there to meet for a coffee?

We'll be there all weekend.

I thought it was a very poor event, traffic getting in and finding a way to the auction was appalling, every "helper" had different advice. Race meeting?, I think there were only 5 races on Saturday. The demonstration laps by the 90s cars were disappointing, less than half of them bothered to go out. The place still, after all these years and investment, suffers from mud, the poor Jaguars on the inside of Copse must have been fuming. Porsche GB had an enormous tarmac area with about 10 cars scattered around, rather poor.

It was probably great if you wanted to go on a fairground ride or watch Caterhams skidding around, but it's not for me anymore.

We had a good day on Saturday. Met some lovely DDKers ^^^^ picnicked with friends! mooches round all the club displays and enjoyed the little racing we did watch. Silverstone always disappoints me from a spectating point of view but that's due to the flatness and all the fencing but I guess that's for F1 safety.
Quo were great showmen as always and it wasn't even too bad getting out.

Went on the Saturday and had a GREAT day.

Weather was good, some great racing, met lots of mates, paddocks were excellent and lots of stuff to see in all the different club car parks.

Getting in is always frustrating, you have to get there 9-9.30 really depending on which way you go.

It's only a one day event in my mind and if you get good weather then its always worth the trip. Glad I wasn't there Friday or Sunday though!!
