You may want to consider renting a house? There are LOTS of great places in the area, bookable online for long weekends, and as a group much cheaper than hotels.
Just a thought.

I've stayed at a place in Moulin du Roy a few times before - very close to the circuit, basic accommodation but cheap with good food, safe parking and great hosts. I think they have about 10-12 rooms. Could ask to see if we can take the whole place.
Let me know if interested and I'll make enquiries.

We have hired this entire place before, great hosts:
http://www.hotelpitchounette.be/
And there is also Neil and Ann at
www.aeaventures.com
Which we always hire out in its entirety when doing 64RS track days...
If you want to see how much this one is I can ask Neil what he has..

I'll need a double room with 2 camp beds, or if cheap enough 2 doubles --- for Friday night only
Dont worry if it doesnt fit as i'll sort out my own accomodation and just meet with everyone for beers on the night

That is the one I was thinking of. Nice guys and in a quiet location away from prying eyes etc. Rates are reasonable and the welcome is warm. They seem to have plenty of availability based on their website.

My kids are from the north east, so that's usual daily behaviour
Has anyone committed yet to a hotel ? I think it would be worth getting one booked sooner rather than later. I've not booked anything yet as I will try and book the same hotel if there are suitable rooms

Looks like I'm not going to make this trip now

as I was hoping to combine with an Alpine trip which I'll probably have to do in June.
I can recommend AEAventures though if you need a friendly and convenient place to stay. I looked on their site a couple of weeks ago and they were still showing plenty of availability.
Have fun!

I rather fancy this. Is it fri thru Sunday?
For those looking for a hotel I can recommend this place
http://www.levaldambleve.be/en/#%20..%2 ... ALDAMBLEVE
If you scroll thru the pics they have a very modern block in the garden which is just the job. And when I stayed for a trackday last year was very reasonable (under £100 for a twin room)

Having been a devotee to SPA classic meets in Sept for years, a summery visit sounds good.
Nearly went in the 911 this year, but clutch issue stopped me.
maybe 2015 if I can persuade Trish to come too.
Busy date that so may be racing in the UK, must get my PCGB wallplanner up and start filling things in.
Good to travel on the Thursday pm to Dover, Chunnel and dash to the track Friday am, lunch at the track.
Come home Monday.
