Work of today. Made the airfilter on the velocity stack and a hole in the engine hood.
So we have filtered cold air for the little screamer ....
Time to think about the "livery" colors..
Maybe I wil go for thë famou "Gold Leaf" livery...

The end is there. Painted the Vee and put some numbers and livery on. Left to do: windshield, mirrors and "test drive".

Took her for a ride in front of my house ... it's finished apart form a little adjusting of the needles in the carb now.
In the mean time I did a restauration of a single axle "renntransporter" to take the car to the first Aircooled indoor meeting on the mainland.
5 & 6 january I will show the car on "Kever Winter Festijn" in the "Autotron" Rosmalen (Netherlands).
I will take som pictures from this meeting and post them somewhere in january.

Yesterday the last details on the Vee and a bit of cleaning of the shed... ready for transport.
This year it will be the 50 th birthday of the Formula Vee in America so I will celebrate that on the Kever Winter Festijn in Rosmalen:

That is my one of the first build (no 0-246 are build in California) Intermeccanica's. Bought this one 4 year ago with an last paid roadtax plate from 1978 on it.
