Yep great show. Good to meet you all. Had to love that 6Cyl sound as you left Ian.

Brian, next year you will have to take 2 week break and work your way down the west coast and then back up the east in the Speedster!

My Spyder cooked on the way home so messrs Aeroquip, Cool Air and CSP have taken more of my beer tokens today for a whacking great oil cooler for up front!!

I think it is in the same position as mine under the dash ..not sure as i did not look to closely at it .To be honest although it was genuine car you could have thought it was a replica .Hope the owner is not reading this post .It was a nice car but say 10 times the value of ours not sure

Yes, position of the front indicators is always the big one for me.

And then the interior - no centre hump, handbrake position etc.

The nearest thing to a real one I have seen is Michael's (speedstars on here) red one that was also there on the day NHZI 356.

Got all the right touches on it with the fuel tank, hinges, door hinge covers, handbrake, rear seats, hood, ... there are of course way more features on his car to list than i know, but if you get a chance, have a look at his car next time, it's a really nice one.

Spoke with the owner and his wife and there 2 kids,,a bit of a bohemian , Had the car for years and reckons it is worth £29 k in this condition .Look's as if some one had used nitrimors on it. Has the original seats in storage. certainly attracted a lot of attention
