Hello there..
If the oil is heating up quickewr...just a thought..is the fan belt in good nick?
I have learned to chuck them yearly...and to use real good ones..

fan belt is fine 
When I say quicker, its all relative The oil temp stays around '80' most of teh time on my guage. Very rare it ever lifts beyond that, the only noticable time it went a 'bit' higher was after 2 very quick laps of LeMans circuit
