i've not touched the front, at some point i think the rear had been raised, it sits how it should be now

Bloody hell Matt!!!
Not recommended for the longevity of your gearbox, unless everybody does it and then we can change our name to "Diff carriers R us" and supply 20 a week!!

Theres no such thing as too low
However it does tend to half the life of fulcrum plates and they drive like a blind water buffalo
