Don't think I'll chance the Apal - my blood's a bit thin these autumnal days for open air motoring...
I'll stay warm and keep up in the 911

Other problem is AutoFarm only JUST got the oil tank today...... and it's got to go into the bodyshop for a cleanup - might not get the RS back in time - I'll see how LYV is running

I'm not a fish eater generally ( in other words unless its cod / haddock I don't eat fish ) , but even I have to agree they are some of the best fish & chips I've had :)

Is the 'Bell Close Car Park' in Keswick easy to find?

Leave the A66 at the 1st. Keswick sign just before the short dual carriageway, follow the signs "town centre" by turning right at the T junction. Stay on this road for about 1 mile passing the Twa Dogs Inn on the left. You come to a T junction with a level crossing on it so stay on the main road bearing slightly right and the entrance to Bell Close car park is 1st on the left approx 200 yds.

See you in the morning.

What a fab day out and an excellent lunch. A big thanks to Mike and Sue for putting on such a great spread. I really enjoyed my 360 mile day out 8) Here is a picture of all those who attended except for me and Sue.
