Very envious guys  . I used to do Sunday mornings in Brighton when I worked in London followed by afternoons racing the bikes at Box Hill 8) . That was in the old days pre Gatso  .

Have a great drive.

I have a pass 8)

If there's a plan to meet at Worthing for breakfast what sort of time were you thinking?

Will, if we meet at Wisley for 7:15 I think we could make Worthing for around 8:30 taking the A24, maybe earlier

I have pointed MdR (who lives in Worthing) to this thread, hopefully he can recommend a greasy spoon for us to meet at.

Nick,
Thanks fro the heads up. I'm in as long as I can get my brakes back together by Saturday night. I'll need to be home by noon but an early start in Worthing should make that doable.

OK so I admit I'm a local to Worthing  but unusually for round here I'm under 65 years of age
There is parking next to a fuel station on the north side of the A259 HERE this might fit in well with the day as it's called Brooklands too.
That said I think a prettier place to meet would be near the pier HERE (as Ferry Man suggested)
I can't personally recommend any greasy spoons, there are a number of cafés near the pier but I don't know for sure if they all open Sunday a.m.
[edit]I've just called Macari's (by the pier) & they open at 9 but I've no idea what their breakfast is like[/edit]
Nick's route up through Alfold towards Guildford is my usual schlap to the inlaws & it's a great blast.
My record from the bottom of the A24 to Bramley on the A281 is 36 minutes - beat that

i could be on for this but need to get a pass out. have just re-fitted modified megaphones with baffling to reduce noise a little and improve low down torque so it would be an ideal test.

Martin,

Thanks, very useful insight.

Alright lads, meet & park by the pier and breakfast at Macari's (9.00am).
Sound OK?

Have a good time chaps. I've got a new floor being fitted next week and have to clear out my house.
