Nice score Thomas - those early Mota Litas are quite rare these days - especially in good/original condition.

I agree with Andy regarding the size of the centre push. Would also look great without one at all.

Once I get fitment sorted I can start to look at centre caps - it came with one which I can customise - a small one to fit the hole. I'm also confident I can use bits of a momo one should I want to build something up.

Spent a bit of time feeding the leather and cleaning the spokes up last night and it's looking good

It came off of this little Fairthorpe which apparently was well know in it's racing days in the late 60s onwards

You can see the wheel in this picture of the car looking sorry for itself in the mid 80s prior to it eventually being sold about 8 years ago and heading off to Belgium

Yes - a Fairthorpe Electron ('Minor' or Mk II depending on engine) ...
