Truly a tale of poverty: pass me his address, Phil, and I'll post a couple of quid for a cuppa tea and a Spam sandwich  .

Sounds fantastic: It's great to hear of cars like this being used :)

I don't know what you lot are looking at the weather forcast for. Neither the BBC or the Met Office can get the weather right for tomorrow never mind 10 days from now!!!! So take a chill pill and enjoy 8)

p.s. Bring a good jacket it could rain

thats kind of what I was trying to say by posting another different forcast... forward forcasts are always a bit pants.

Met check is one my Dad uses all the time on the boat..

They live in France for 6 months of the year.. and are only up the road so I might go and see them if I feel the car is upto it.. for a morning

I propose - if James doesn't get his ticket - we'll smuggle him in on the grounds he does the cooking and washing up?

All those in favour?

Got my camping pass yesterday and my co-driver Glenn got his letter from vincent confirming that we will be collecting the tickets and parade lap passes from the circuit on arrival 8)

Vincent said in his email that all the letters have been sent at the weekend so hopefully you can blame Yorkshire post James! :)

Send him a note if you are worried, he seems very helpful :)

Call from mechanic - some steering issues to be sorted (it was feeling a bit lumpy), awaiting some bushes for Carbs which are stripped and cleaned etc.

Ready for Tuesday afternoon - cutting it fine!
