Expect a deluge of ever more sophisticated ai-powered bots to post, before eventually offering high cost items for sale.

1988 3.2 Carrera backdate, Black
2001 996 Turbo, Lapis blue (am I allowed to put that here?)
I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

To be fair, if he is AI then he makes the forum seem quite well educated rather than the illiterate lot we are

Your job’s safe from the AI invasion I reckon. No Yorkshire farmer would buy owt from someone who talks so posh.

I’ve been off-forum for some time (my Tapatalk app keeps closing down) but this exchange didn’t half make me laugh! Can’t wait for Timothy Nevious’s reply.

This all seems odd to me.
Have posts become potentially 'unreal' as pictures can be manipulated today?

Anyway, the Lola is all back together, will start it next week to see if I've put all the wires back in the right places...
Then it is a cover over it until April next year.

Bit off topic, but I did the bypass roof hack on my early boxster, so I can now lower the roof whilst moving without the handbrake on. Only took 10mins, fiddly part was grounding terminal 15 due to lack of space to work in.

Attended an event yesterday to mark 30 years of the 993. An excellent day despite the weather

Made the most of having salt free roads in November and took both air cooled cars out for separate blasts . Took the early car up through swaledale and arkengarthdale
