I still think that waveform off the inductive pick-up looks fine. Reckon the box just wasn't designed correctly to work with it. Supplier could have been more transparent about the whole issue imho.

At the time, that is what Chris, Rob and I concluded after a deep day of trying to get the Clewett system to fire.
Clewett told me I had damaged the 'black box' due to the routing of the plug leads close to the crank sensor which gave that trace.
It is a VERY long story Tim, and eventually it all worked but only after a long time and expense.
In the end Clewett would not 'talk' to me but their supplier did and things got sorted and worked.
A very bad experience which I would not repeat but take a more modern approach with COP tops and a good twin spark capable ECU, but that is not always as easy as it sounds.
