Re: Stainless cup holder
Thanks Tom,
Put me down for two in a brushed finish, they will get used in something.
Have you considered a black anodised finish as another option?
Cheers

Have to say this is good fun. Its the first time my wife has taken any interest in something related to my cars. She has given the cup holder a name, CUPL and my daughter has designed a logo and ordered me stickers for posting /packaging. All good family fun.

Thanks will do.
Yes, I was thinking of sending one to see how it comes out. There are metal finishers close to me who can do this. I will send one out and get them to cost it. I have access to powder coating and will try one....not desperately keen on a powder coated finish but will give it a try to see how it looks.
Mike (210BHP) suggested one in Chartreuse, might need to get this organised for him.

Wow... This would be a great addition to my Speedster!
And in my 944 S2 too...
Can I order 2? One polished and one brushed?
Do you send them abroad (th Netherlands)?

It's better to burn out, than to fade away
Re: Stainless cup holder
More than happy to oblige, should be fine to send to Netherlands. I would just need to price the postage.Black Betty wrote:Wow... This would be a great addition to my Speedster!

I have a few in progress now so will get started fulfilling orders very soon.

Hi Tom
I'd like a polished one if possible for a 993. Let me know how to pay.
Many thanks.

I would like 2 please in brushed finish. Please confirm how I pay, thanks Alan
Re: Stainless cup holder
Thanks for the interest and order. I am expecting an angry mob at my door any day now. I have the first batch of polished ones getting collected then a second batch will be in for both polishing and the satin finish.AlanS wrote:I would like 2 please in brushed finish. Paypal is going to be the easiest method of payment but I don’t want to take anything until I have everything in place and ready to ship.
I am also going to supply these with knurled thumb screws rather than the Allen hex type, easier to install and remove if the seat needs to be moved to furthest forward position. I have some sample screws coming to see what feels the best.
I will add you to the list and look to get these shipped very soon.
Thanks again
Tom

I had but thought the polished / brushed would be more suited to older cars. I think the anodised finish will work well in the 993 and 964 so will have a go at these. I am having some cut in aluminium tomorrow and will get them treated and work out costs for the anodising. You can have one for free for reminding me.
Cheers
