Yes, the spokes should be satin black.

As for fitting a 914 wheel on a 911/912 it's not a straight fit but it's fairly easy to carry out the necessary modification. Email me if you're interested(lightweight_911@hotmail.com) & I'll give you the low-down.

while you folks are her and chatting about wooden steering wheels......
I have a Nardi fitted to my 356 :D
It needs repairing in some areas of the wood- too much florida sun me thinks- does anybody know of anywhere to get this, and a good polish, done ?
Also, its missing the centre boss- what would I need to get to use a boss, as a cheap make -do for the moment?
Where could I check prices for the steering wheel?
