Seriously, you have missed a treat. Nordic noir at its best. But don't try watching now – go back to series one and start from the beginning. Trust me (even though I am a journalist).

the 911 from THE BRIDGE could be yours

Series 1 was fantastic. We were hooked on the first 3 series and I loved the way her character kind of opened up....

For those that haven’t watched it , it’s a police crime drama with the main character having autistic traits that make her a great detective but not the most personable of people.

...and she won the car in a bet, well let’s be honest there’s no way you’d pay good money for one that colour.... or with that interior!

The lead actress from the Bridge - Sofia Helin? Sorry, haven't watched it either - came onto the rostrum and gave a brief speech prior to the sale of the lot. She said she didn't get on the with the car at all initially due to all its idiosyncrasies but she grew to love it and hoped the new owner would, too.

The proceeds of the sale were being donated to a water charity which may have helped the car achieve circa 4 x the estimate (or maybe it was the presence of Sofia herself - she seemed lovely... ).
