I've got them in mine, they're simple lap belts though. Are you looking for a 3 point belt?

I've got three point belts in mine, but I won't be able to take a picture until the weekend as I'm away on business.

tell me what you'd like to see specifically as i've 2 3 point belts + seats in the back of mine, fitted by quickfit safety belts in stanmore. very through job since I don't want to risk the little 'uns. The seats are not removable but since my kids are 11 months and 2 and a half they will do for 3 years'ish. Not cheap but really well fitted. If you want pics pm me and i'll send you some.

A photo of the seat belt 'reel' bit and the clasps etc. . A photo of the child seats would be great too :)

I've been considering 3 points for the rear of my car. Had a look round but could not see where to fit the pickup for the the diagonal outer attachment point without carving the thing up. I'm probably blind though. So where is the attachment point :?: :?:

I had to drill a hole in the 'parcel shelf' under the rear glass to mount mine ( using spreader plates). Due to the glass you need to use the most 'compact' 90deg attachment on your drill. The other mounts already exist on the tunnel & on the other side.

I used a rear blet from a 993

The SBS ones are less money than I paid for my 993 assy, which is why I'm after somephotos :)

I need to sort out some seatbelts in mine. I'd be very interested in pics too. I have the added problem of a SWB with no mounts from the factory.

I recently bought some belts from Professional Engineered Products in the States (http://www.peparts.com). Mine were for a 356 but they do 911 kits too. The quality is excellet, and I should imagine the reel will be the same. Can do a pic if interested.

911 rear belts & child seat

Post by mallen282 »

Mike I've sent you a PM.

I'm wanting to put inertia belts in the front and belts for a baby seat in the rear of my'72 911E too....

What is involved to fit the rear belts? are they a prominant feature? & do they require serious work / irepairable damage to the rear shelf area?

Any advice on what type of Forward Facing baby seat will fit post having the 3 pt belts installed would be appreciated - I'm thinking that the guys in Stanmore are the safest bet regarding the belt fitting.

Any one got a decent baby seat that'll fit for sale?

thanks in advance..

Mark.
