PCGB at Althorp House 15-16 Aug

Steve serviced my 356 last week and it has never run better , he did it in spite of having his hands full with Silverstone Classic cars to be fettled.
Had to spend over 3 hours getting back from Goodwood to SW7 in last nights disrupted traffic , roads blocked , bridges closed , had to u turn twice like a London taxi - you cant do that in 911 !

Hi All, Is it still possible to drive into the event? Is there a DDK area or similar. I was looking at the PCGB website and most things appear sold out. If there is space my intention would be to get there early on Sunday morning. Enjoy the weekend. Alan

, that's one of the funniest things I've read on here for ages

( no offense mean by the way ... just couldn't imagine PCGB national event & DDK together .. which is a shame as my local North East Region are very inviting of DDK cars )

Oh well. Looks like the Porcshe will have to spend the weekend in the garage and the Land Rover used for the Capel Classic Show on Saturday - the friendliest Classic Show in the South East!

Too many events this weekend and cound'nt decide where to go this weekend so have gone with Auto Italia at Deene Park also in Northants
