New advertiser - Classic FX

Post by Bootsy »

Always great to welcome a new supporter to DDK especially when it's somebody who's already familiar to us.

So welcome on board Classic FX

Garry is going to use this thread to keep DDK updated with work carried out, products available etc. and look out for adverts in the trade classifieds for some exciting products.

A few words from Garry to introduce the services.........

"My aim is to tailor the service I provide to the individual, from repairing or recovering a damaged seat to rebuilding the entire engine or vehicle to original factory specification. I work closely with my customer in detail to match the correct service to suit their vision and budget requirements.

Classic FX has the capability and experience to undertake all aspects of classic car care; from general maintenance, keeping your classic on the road in tip top condition, through to full nut and bolt restorations –, making your classic that bit more enjoyable in the modern world.

My personal specialty is Porsche trimming along with early Porsche engine rebuilding, from sourcing OEM parts direct to detailing a concourse build including performance upgrades. The key is precise precision engineering as it arrived from the Stuttgart factory line.

Can highly recommend Gary for interior work.

His work on seats is 1st Class. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

(And yes this is ME giving a compliment! lol)

It's great what you can get up to when you 'retire'. I can't wait......

All the best Garry. Outstanding work, nice website, and great attention to detail.

I am looking for a complete tan interior for a RHD 73E with usual lux specification. Do you have this available in an 'indistinguishable from original' material (vinyl and carpets) please?

Regards
Mike

For anyone considering the leap -

I have only praise for Garrys work. If youre interested in a few visual representations of the work he's done for me on my recent 'restoration', feel free to read up on my feed:

The work pretty much speaks for itself ( and was reasonably priced too ! )

Thanks

Garry is situated near Gatwick.

He is a good bloke to deal with, had seat covers and all sorts from him. Always has good advice on how to do a job if you are stuck.

Garry has taken care of all our trimming work this year, from full retrims through to seat refurbs and generally making faded, cracked and worn things good again.

Great work from a good egg! Definitely recommended 8)

A couple of finished sports recaro's I've been working on for a member.

I've seen some strange repairs to the seat elastic in the past but never seat belt webbing! lots of give in that material me thinks :?
