Not heard anything more.

Bought a card (I hate cards with other people's messages on them but this one seemed OK):-

And inside I put your usernames and real name. I had to take a guess at some of the names - sorry if that's you - I have an appalling memory and/or I may not have met you.

I'm just trying to find his address now - if anyone knows it then please PM me (I know where his house is but it's not clear from Google Maps what the actual address is). If I don't find it soon I'll pop it round

No problem. I'm not sure whether or not there'll be anything to contribute to - I'll keep in touch with Dean and go along with whatever the family's wishes are. If there's an opportunity to show our feelings with some sort of donation then I'll put it up here
