These were mine in the early 90's. The Beetle was bought as a wreck to be a donor for a Chesil speedster but a trip to a VW resto cobble shop introduced me to a pile of old volksworlds and I got the bug. This particular camper went early in favour of a 68 westy. I kept the Beetle till 2005 by which time it had got decidedly rat look.

Don't think I'll ever go back to aircooled VW's unless I happen across a barn find Razor or finally do a Chesil.

I too had bad hair but more of it.

I liked that KG, you sold that on to me and I sold it on to the Isle of Man. Had a stripped out primer white 343 at the same time. Pics to follow... I still have a set of mint 6 piece bumpers, clear indicators and Robbi vent trims wrapped up in the barn!
