Road rash

Post by rvzz »

Hi all,
Got the car out today to give it a good clean and take a few photos for the agreed value insurance . I didn't notice how much sandblasting had gone on since I fitted the TB's and general stone chips pretty much everywhere . Must admit I was a bit peed off at first but then got to thinking it's all part of the story of my ownership of the car . I've managed nearly 5k miles in the first year and loved every minute of it . ( Not a patch on Mr Sladey I'm sure . Hats off to that man . ) Time to get the cars out again folks and hit the road.

It was like summer here in Yorkshire yesterday and after the tongue test, the roads seem to be salt free for now... so out came the cars

Tomorrow we`re going to get up early and try a big adventure, see how far we get. :P

Hi Chris ,
Yes , took the scripts off a bit back . I'd put them on a bit to high and wasn't really happy with them .
Looks ok without I think . I also got myself a cheap reg number instead of the Irish plate that was on the car when I bought it .
Cheers..
