914 73 2.0L

Post by defianty »

Saw this earlier and thought I'd make a thread as I'm sure a couple of people are looking for good cars.

Very tidy looking car.

Anyone know the car?

Very much so. VBY 386L was John McAdam's car. It is a very, very nice example. For some reason I thought that it had been sold a while back, but I could well be wrong.

I asked about the price just out of interest - he said he hasnt fixed a price yet as he's having it professionally valued. He says the insurance value is £15k.

Ive talked to the owner of the green one a few times at local classic car shows ,
its totally original ,mint pristine condition .
Its apearance group too so it has center console gauges etc also cloth insert seats from memory .
Im sure hes had it since the early 90`s
like the ad says probally one of the best in the country .....
If anyones serious its definitely worth investigating.
