Just wanted to say thanks for all the kind comments and now I'll shut up and stop boring everyone to death with it

But before I do  here it is a couple of days ago when it left Phoenix and began its journey to the UK.

It was in good company, you can see the speedster, its a real one, but you can't see the new GT40, Ferrari F40, and a 49 caddy also in there!

I'll stop now I promise
cheers, Mike.

Congrats - car looks incredible 8)
I'd be interested in your plans for the Targa Florio - I was planning to do it this year but sadly work related issues got in the way
Have to say they didn't seem the most highly efficient organisation when I was trying to plan things!

Mike, Congratulations.

I never heard a word from Paul -obviously- but "it seems you went to great lengths" to obtain this car.

It was meant to be old bean! Many happy miles!

thanks John, it was Paul (ferry man) who sent me the mag last year, as he knew I was mad on these cars, little did I know that 7 months on I would own it

I have the mag, such a lovely car, can't wait to see it in the flesh and catch a ride - even if I have to sit on the floorpan!

Just caught up with this thread - knew you'd do something like this eventually Mike.

The car looks fantastic - can't wait to see it in the flesh - will it be here in time for Silverstone (July 30th)?

Cheers
