Just wanted to say thanks for all the kind comments and now I'll shut up and stop boring everyone to death with it
But before I do here it is a couple of days ago when it left Phoenix and began its journey to the UK.
It was in good company, you can see the speedster, its a real one, but you can't see the new GT40, Ferrari F40, and a 49 caddy also in there!
I'll stop now I promise

Mike, Congratulations.
I never heard a word from Paul -obviously- but "it seems you went to great lengths" to obtain this car.
It was meant to be old bean! Many happy miles!

I have the mag, such a lovely car, can't wait to see it in the flesh and catch a ride - even if I have to sit on the floorpan!Mike wrote:thanks John, it was Paul (ferry man) who sent me the mag last year, as he knew I was mad on these cars, little did I know that 7 months on I would own itjohndglynn wrote:Congrats Mike, Gib is a great guy and that is a really superb car. Just caught up with this thread - knew you'd do something like this eventually Mike.
The car looks fantastic - can't wait to see it in the flesh - will it be here in time for Silverstone (July 30th)?
Cheers
