We now have a working gauge

Its a speedster rep, (glassfibre) so needed to earth the sender ! No stabiliser in the mix so far...

Not clear how accurate it is, but a wee run , with my gallon in a can) will soon clear that up !!

OK, car was running like a dog early this morning, difficult starting, wouldn't idle etc. but no time to look at it.....Unfortunately, today was also the first sight of the gritters up here and the temp this morning was 1.5....not great open top motoring weather ! MOT was going great till the headli...

Thats me reliving my yoof when me and the wife both had 2cv's, did thousands of miles all over UK and France.........After years of driving diesels, foot to the floor in every gear takes a lot of getting used to

Funny enough it was a beautiful bright and sunny day here in Glasgow, but just 60 mins after I rolled the car out, black clouds appeared followed by a wee burst of rain......Maybe I should have got it finished BEFORE the summer

I took it off the road last November to paint, time flies...........New MOT tomorrow hopefully !
